If you have been with them for 12 months, you get upgraded from 512k to 1mb, but I've only been with them for about 4-5 months.

No real need for it anyway.

Also, the ISP I work for is beta testing the next gen stuff - 30 MBPS! We should be going live later this year, and by next year hit 50.
