yeah, trueI do the same. I buy things if I want them or need them. But look at the fashion industry. People go round looking like total twats cos they believe they look good. Look at the music industry of the last 10 years or so. Hardly anything with any musical merit gets in the charts. But it's all manufactured enough to make the non-thinkers buy it cos they are told it's the cool thing to do.

okay... i totally agree with you there....but i really dont think sony did anything wronge.... i think they just wanted to let the creative people of b3ta show off what they can do with their stuff.... and for everyone who is complaining about sony trying to get free advertising off of you--dont flatter yourself, they have billions, they dont need do look to you for free advertising. its like a big brother asks their little bro if he wants to help him paint a painting, its not that he needs help. he just want his little bro to feel included.

even still....who can blame a company for advertising? and where in the compo do you see sony saying "BUY OUR SHIT!!!". you dont have to pay any attention to it... no one told you, you had to come to this site, or read the compo, or enter it. you dont want to see sony logos all over b3ta? then stop posting sony logos all over b3ta.
