They probably donot that you'd hear it through the vacuum.
That said, it's not a perfect vacuum... so you could amplify the little noise that is picked up for feedback.

AahahahahaaSo thats why the Enterprise has a deflector thingy that looks like a satellite. Allows kirk to hear all the pretty bangs!
