but how does one transfer said file to one's phone...I have bluetooth but I don't see a way of downloading it.

# If you have something like Nokia's PC Suite
you can just open up the memory card through My Computer and copy the 3gp straight in. Or, right-click the bluetooth icon in the taskbar, and send file to device.
