# I'd like a new kitty in the house.
I've had a mouse visiting the past few nights. I asked my neighbor to lend me hers for a few hours but she didn't like the thought of it catching mice. I told her it only had to corner it and I'd do the catching, but no.

# sad to hear.
it took me many years to try and replace mine. in the end, all it took was a trip to a home where a mom-cat had some kittens and two plaintive mews to hook me again. and really, i'm very glad they're here.
