"and" is a perfectly good word to start a sentence with, however this was more an implied continuation of the previous sentence.
and capitals can get to fuck, this is the internet.

So rogue apostrophes are worth pointing out, but lack of correct capitalisation is fine because "this is the internet"?
Perhaps you'd like to produce a list of internet grammar rules for the rest of us, so we are all clear.

well, lack of capitalisation
is considered 'trendy' on the internet. misuse of apostrophes is just ignorant.
You are quite right however, and I shall make more of an effort from now on.
