I only started with it today. Can't find the things I generally use like layer masks and colour balance :(

elements 4 is out now, so I`m sure you could get 3 for 30 quid or sommat, which is nothing really

and came with my scanner. And I find the later versions don't zoom with the scroll wheel, which is the bestest function in the world (after median filter).
