...it thaws out as you drink it, so the taste changes and it gets zingier as you get further down the glass.
(I tend to just buy lemons and limes, quarter and freeze them instead of making ice cubes. Nice in orange juice, fizzy water, lager...)

Step 2. Make a couple of deep cuts in each, into the flesh from the core outwards to the skin, so they'll release more juice when they thaw.
Step 3. Freeze (greaseproof paper is useful for making sure they don't stick together)
Step 4. Profit!
