If you want it as a gif, selct 'Export Flash Movie' and change the file type to animated gif.
If you do, resize it as well.

But it's teeny tiny and can't I read it now. You can go up to 250kb for an animation you know.

Maybe resize? If not, stick the link for the flash file underneath so people can click for the full glory :)
