Fantastic car and vector!
Wish I had a Mini..although learning to drive first would be a good idea.

I fuckin' love 'em too!
not the most reliable of vehicles tho, especially when they're 30+ years old...
You don't need to be skilled to drive a mini, it's just like rinsing a slightly larger go-kart around.

Haha!
they aren't the safest either. They just look so damn lovely though. They're a small, cute car that you don't have to be a woman to drive :D

I bought a 1979V Mini for £50 when I was 15 (15 years ago)
We used to get pissed, push it down the road, put it into first and start the engine. I loved living in the country where there were no coppers. :D

£350 when i got this one,
but I've had much the same experiences as Mr Catfish, namely camping in wales one time...
used the headlights as a light source for the party... loaded everything up in the morning to set off and of course the damn thing didn't start.
^I think Alec Issigonis' original design must've been something like that ^

Mini thinks he's people! Nothing like a party with car headlights. Shame the poor thing died on you though.

Haha!
I'm sure it was worth it though. Reminds me that I should arrange a camping piss up soon. Even though I travel like hell with a hangover :-S

Well
summer's only a few months away... plenty of outdoor parties and festivals coming up. the only problem is to decide which, then raise the cash to go. Reading's a must for me.
