Ham Hock slow cooked in Cider, with a Thyme Honey and Mustard glaze
Honey and Sesame roast Parsnips and Carrots
Colcannon Mash

Bramley Apple pie with Green and Blacks Vanilla Ice-cream

Washed down with a bottle or two of Bishops Finger

Then off to the pub where they have employed a new, rather cute bar lady
