salad and mustard, two small bramley apple pies, two bags of cheese and onion
Seabrooks and as much water as I can drink and some tea.

I'm going to stir fry some pork and all the usual suspects (garlic, ginger etc), some noodles and maybe a bit of rocket salad. Then I will go back to bed safe in the knowledge that our excellent roster clerk has given me the next 4 days off, no more 5 AM starts this week! YAY!

I had:
butterflied turkey breast coated in cheese, bacon and bread crumbs (otherwise know as a schnitzel),
with cranberry sauce and a squeeze of lemon,
thick chips with hot sauce,
side salad with chilli's and thousand Island dressing,
a pretzel.
all washed down with spezi, sprite and water!

there's too many z'z in it. But turkey or chicken breasts with bacon and cheese are a personal favourite of mine

compared to yesterday's, which was rather memorable. Today's sandwiches feature Parma ham and Branston's pickle, which is tasty if a little unconventional. With a few bits of lettucy stuff and some crumbly Cheshire cheese.

It's rather old Parma ham I found at the back of the fridge this morning, so the Branston's needed in order to chase away any lingering flavours of mould.
