compared to yesterday's, which was rather memorable. Today's sandwiches feature Parma ham and Branston's pickle, which is tasty if a little unconventional. With a few bits of lettucy stuff and some crumbly Cheshire cheese.

Make sure you don't drown the flavour of the parma ham with the branston . . .
It's rather old Parma ham I found at the back of the fridge this morning, so the Branston's needed in order to chase away any lingering flavours of mould.

It was an OK lunch as lunches go - I would gladly have shared it! I'm not around at all on Friday, unfortunately. Never mind, I'm sure we'll catch up with one another at a bash sometime.
