Oh, go on then. Google Images can only go so far - it can't see all images and it doesn't know of many sites (or at least some sections, say hidden by frames, scripts etc.).
Fan pages are an absolute boon, but in this case, I got the image from R. Lee Ermey's official home page:

This image was on one of his CafePress products, and looks to be posed anew. I grabbed it about a year ago and cleaned it up for future use.

Erm, but this was easy. Cut-out, colour balance to blue/cyan in a big way, big-up on brightness and contrast, outer glow and 50% transparency on the layer. Piece of piss.
