It'll probably hot smoke itemsto cold smoke, you'd have a long length between the firebox and the smoke chamber: we're putting them pretty close together and seeing how we get on.
Firebox is a butchered gas cylinder, with a lid welded onto the top: smokehouse itself is a used whiskey barrel, oak, cost a fiver.
