# Ham time

For lunch today I'm having two ham and cheese rolls with some salad cream,
two bags of salt flavour seabrooks, two tangerines, a banana and three blue ribands.
what are you eating?

I prefer calves, but I'm quite happy with lambs. Chicken livers are only fit for making pate.

This meal was from my canteen...and the EEC would probably designate them as a timber by product

edit. The liver was lambs, the gammon was excellent the potatoes could have done with about 5 minutes more...overall pretty good for our canteen

to cold smoke, you'd have a long length between the firebox and the smoke chamber: we're putting them pretty close together and seeing how we get on.

Firebox is a butchered gas cylinder, with a lid welded onto the top: smokehouse itself is a used whiskey barrel, oak, cost a fiver.

Looking forward to seeing if it works too...

was this inspired by my lunch yesterday at all?

such is the way when shopping on a budget it is the only filling i have in the fridge so i too am having cham and salad cream sandwiches.

or perhaps this is some weird fight club type scenario where you and i are in fact both personalitys residing within the same person which while totally obvious to the casual observer is a fact that neither of us are aware of.
