Shame on you !
Liver of what ?
I prefer calves, but I'm quite happy with lambs. Chicken livers are only fit for making pate.

I don't dare ask what type of sausages they are!
This meal was from my canteen...and the EEC would probably designate them as a timber by product
edit. The liver was lambs, the gammon was excellent the potatoes could have done with about 5 minutes more...overall pretty good for our canteen

It'll probably hot smoke items
to cold smoke, you'd have a long length between the firebox and the smoke chamber: we're putting them pretty close together and seeing how we get on.
Firebox is a butchered gas cylinder, with a lid welded onto the top: smokehouse itself is a used whiskey barrel, oak, cost a fiver.
Looking forward to seeing if it works too...

Depends if the cash machine works and the canteen has anything good.
If not then it'll wait until this evening when it'll be 2 or three bottles of organic cider and some sort of tasty pie while waiting to watch The Now show recording to start.

was this inspired by my lunch yesterday at all?
such is the way when shopping on a budget it is the only filling i have in the fridge so i too am having cham and salad cream sandwiches.
or perhaps this is some weird fight club type scenario where you and i are in fact both personalitys residing within the same person which while totally obvious to the casual observer is a fact that neither of us are aware of.
