I eventually buckled and invited a salesman round to discuss conservatories.
I don't know if he ever actually came visiting, because he never rang the doorbell. :)

I scheduled a siding contractor once for my building.I told him "APARTMENT N" very clearly. He still showed. Unfortunately, I was out of town at the time, and my wife was like WTF?
