Perhaps you could remember
that generic models on websites are usually taken from stock photos bought from wherever, and have nothing to do with the actual website.

You could email them asking for their web designers address
then ask him which stock photo place he got it from, email them asking who the photographer was, then ask the photographer if s/he can get in contact with the model.
