rather than patronising peoples good work with the same image over and over think about what they have done, how it will actually affect others and then act accordingly

# see you could do it in text rather than just making it worse.
better yet you could explain nicely that the filesize is a bit big and ask them if they'd mind optimising it a bit, preferably to around 50k
