the americans also recruited loads of SS and Nazi people in East Europe to help spy on Russia etc afer the war...

and the rocket thing: yes, and they set up a special camp like a POW camp, and turned it into a science lab. it is something about circumventing the statutes of the geneva conventions (or whatever they were called back then... )
