# here's what you do
duplicate the layer
turn brightness to zero so it's black
blur it a bit
tree tranform it so it's shorter and skewed to the side
move it so the feet are in the same place on both layers
turn the opacity down a bit

but if you hold down Ctrl, you don't need to freetransform because you can just drag/reshape the bounding box how you want to
