If you've done nothing wrong then you and your missus have nothing to be bothered by.
I wouldn't send the poster though. If you must reply repeatedly just keep it calm, concise and make sure you keep copies of each correspondance.

I am not concerned, just pissed off that they think it is okay to carry on like this.

Seriously. Welcome them to come and get visual proof that you have no tv license.
or look in to the legal side of receiving unwanted mail and try and sue them in the small claims court.

i had them comeing round to the house for two or 3 years till i moved. they would come in and look around, decide there was no tv there, think i was odd, appologise, and them someone else would do it two weeks later.
they broke my computer and i got a load of compinsation in the end,
