if you are did you ever specify a proxy server in IE preferences

try removing it (as virgin are removing proxies slowly)

there speeds are shot, when it was telewest/ntl it was a lot better

i was a virgin customer for 4 days (until i cancelled) my 10mb was more like 14.4k

This morning I posted a pic on B3tards and it worked fine. Minutes later and I couldn't see my own pic, even though replyers had no such trouble... I hope it's just something temporary.
