# argh
somebody! anybody! i haven't done scanlines in forever and i can't remember how to do them! most of it came back to me but I can't get it to apply to all frames. hellllllppp

make a photoshop doc which is 2 pixels high and 1 pixel wide.
Paint the top pixel black and leave the bottom pixel transparent.
Go Edit -> Define Pattern
Load the pic you want the scanlines on.
Make a layer on top and fill it with the scanline pattern.

Oh, to apply to all frames, select the first frame, then make the scanline layer visible. It should turn it on in all frames. If not, select all frames then turn it (off if necessary and then) on.
