american insomniacs with really early bed-times[or, conversely, american insomniacs who stay up extra extra late]
also certain small mammals i heard can do it too, only it takes them a little longer. which explains the time. little hands. sharp little fingers. takes all of them to hit one key. slow-going. not to mention the difficulty of translating mammal letters into english letters and then locating them on the keyboard. plus there's a whole host of other problems. getting a computer into the woodlands, securing access to the internet, locating a messageboard, avoiding predators while typing, the list goes on and on.
