My eye doctor made me aware of that. I simply thought nobody could see them, unless they got really really close to the trees. Boy, did that eye doctor have a laugh at my expense, the jackass.
Turns out I can see reds perfectly fine, usually. Whenever I tell someone that I have a color (apologies for the misspelling) deficiency, they always do something silly, such as pointing to their sweater and saying, "So, does this look black to you?" Uhh, no. But when I'm looking at small red letters on a bright background, they look black.
Anyhow, I'm either red deficient, green deficient, or both. Or all three.
