Sorry to threadwaste, but i have had such a godawful week i needed to let it out somehow...
1) On monday, our adopted pet dog, Poppy died a month before her 15th birthday (an ahhh from all the dog lovers out there)..
2) Tuesday, i was supposed to be going out, got to the cinema to be told noone else was going, very irritating when the cinema is 30 miles away...
3) Wednesday, my computer, holding many many important files, ie coursework to be handed in by tomorrow, breaks quite nastilly, and it being a laptop is almost impossible to repair without getting the service people out
4) Thursday and Friday pass by fairly unnoticed, but then comes yesterday, I was driving hom about 3am, along comes this junction, i brake normally for it, and for some reason i skid, carear across the junction, up the curb, into a giveway sign, totalling it, but fortunately i thought not going to quickly... So I back off the curb, back onto the road, seems to be running fine... but then, about 4 miles from home kaphut, the engine dies, not even turning over the reason, the radiator had dislodged itself and all the water had leaked, engine overheated and boiled out, lovely, insurance company will declare it a write off because its too old to bother repairing, so now im stuck carless and jobless, because i cant get there, yay, and to top it off
5) Theres no more beer left in the house. :(

Sometimes the world seems to conspire against you. Other times it seems like the world is there just for your benefit. Hopefully you'll find yourself on the way back up soon.

Poppy wasn't in the car...it'd have scared the shit out of the poor hound!

about the dog......that must be hard (dog owner myself)
Be thankful you weren't hurt badly in the crash (easy to say but it's true).
Life deals these blows from time to time (trust me...I know), but you come out the other side in better shape.
It will get better :)
