I hated them all with a passion. It wasn't my fault I had a stupid till and had to ask the stupid question.

BuggerI could add tons to that.
My fave being the woman who kept nagging for a discount (in a food shop ffs) so to stop her whinges I gave her a couple of bags of crisps that had just past their expiry date (and I explained that to her but she wasn't bothered).
The next day she phoned to complain that we had "sold her outdated crisps" and demanded a full refund.

you should spend more time stabbing peoplein the throat. Then they'd learn. Word spreads fast in the department store - before you know it hoisery will know all about it and from there, the world!
