i lke uleadhasn't got much in the way of tools but the anim/optimisation bit's a piece of piss.
i use tatty shop for the messing around and then import it.
must try to get the hang of image ready though, but it confuses me.

tbh i use photoshop to do everything except the actual animationi get all my layers and stuff ready first, so that in imageready all i do is set frame rates and do tweens
