pics fine but veeeeery largethere is an FAQ that should help you to understand filesize. You shouldnt have anything over 250kb. In fact the smaller the better. Not sure what software you are using but you should have saved it as a jpg as the file should compress a lot better than png.

Welcome to grey-area country.So long as an image is suitably optimised it's fine. Most of the time that means it's under 50kb.
