Apparently they've only fired two people in the last three years, throughout the entire company.

And they wonder why nobody takes the management seriously.

I only fire people if they're completely taking the piss, and even then I won't do it if they're funny. I'm seriously wondering how the fuck they're still in business. I was called 'softie' at my last job.
