How do I get rid of the black flies?

Not midgies, it's those wee black ones that come out at night and stick to my monitor?

Then we wipe the monitor clean with a used paper towel. Sometimes you get cheeto stains on your monitor, but that's what happens when you take pest control into your own hands.
