i have to say
I rather prefer strong mustard. sweet mustard tends to get a bit boring after a few bites. Strong mustard is like a challenge.

Probably!
I had to have some mustard for a recipe, so I just bought super-cheapo. I then needed some for a sandwich, spread on my usual quota and nearly burst a blood vessel!

hmmm
yes it's good, but ive been trying a range of different ones. I tried garlic mustard recently. It was so wonderful, it almost caused me to cry with taste-confusion-exhilaration.
