I was a Spectrum man myself
Was close though. For some unknown reason my parents bought a Vic 20 first. Fortunately it broke after about a week so they took it back and got it replaced with a Speccy.

I'm afraid I was a whore
and had them all. from vic 20 through all the spectrum to and Amiga A4000 060. I still have most of them somewhere. An odd legacy for my boy.
