Movie told from the perspective of several people running around with camcorders.
There will probably be lots of 'scared looks into camcorder' shots until the
army comes in and kills it at the end.

I hope the monster is a giant zombie or something. You don't see many films with one big giant zombie, It's always dinosaurs or King Kong.
