That Rum and Chocolate are very, VERY good friends. Don't bother with brandy in your hot chocolate, splash some rum in instead.
I'm a dark chocolate kind of guy, but I know those who swear that white chocolate works best, though I suspect they're FUCKING INSANE!

that are a bit like twirls but aren't? They're a spiral of chocolate. they work pretty well too.
