RIS? Is an expression of non-comprehension, especially when you think you're being stupid and missing something completely obvious.

It's from a picture that someone took of a Morrison's supermarket at night. The illuminated letters R I and S were damaged - hilariously spelling MORONS.

Someone didn't get it and said 'RIS? I don't get it'
