you have to close it and keep closing dialouge boxes
till it gets to one that offers okay and cancel press okay

I'd say that's fairly iffy advice... I definitely wouldn't click "ok" to something which is very obviously malicious. You probably need to ctr-alt-del and stop the browser application, and any related processes.

sure, but the point is, if you can write code to pop up a message box, you can write the message and have the buttons scripted to do anything. So the dialogue might say "click okay to install a virus that wrecks your computer", but the cancel button might actually be scripted to install it.
