The QOTW is used as a privtate chat for people with no respectfor the fact that it's a QOTW and not a private chat.
You sign in, click 'browse', select the file to upload, and click 'upload'. If you want to get the html of an image you've already uploaded, click the chevron next to the filename, and copy the html tag displayed. You can then post this in a new thread. (Not a good idea to do it without a picture, as said in the faq - though not against the rules.)
