The usual thing to do is throw some sort of stropbut the general consensus is they should pay a single use fee and you retain copyright, or they should fuck off.

I think this one was the main pointthey want you to give them all rights to the picture. And if you made the picture from bits of other people's pictures, you don't actually have the right to give the rights away. Right?
