No!He ran out in front of us, and if he'd kept his speed up he'd have made it to the other side.
But them he saw the traffic on the other side, spazzed out, narrowly missed that traffic, and ran back into our path. If Mrs P hadn't braked he would have been mush, but I saw him dissapear over the wall.

Back in 1986 it was a lot of money!!!
Nowadays it's barely more than minimum weekly wage!!
