I know this is a tele, but I only own 1 tele and it's purple and sparkly, so I'm not touching it other than to fix up a bit of a dent if i can get some decent paint to go over it.
I keep putting off my customisation project though, once I get hold of some decent paint, I shall be back on the road to sanding the SHIT out of the bare body =]
I've got a case full of the original and new parts, and the neck and body sitting next to each other in my room =]
I started it in june, haven't really touched it since july =[

I'm still to come up with an idea for a custom guitar. I was thinking about an LP copy but I'm not sure how I'd want it finished or what hardware to use.

But trying to come up with a way to colour some of the outer stuff.
It was originally a black Cort Strat copy, first electric I bought, nice and cheap.
I've got some nice 2 blade pickups and a 4 blade humbucker to give it a nice meaty sound, I'll lower the action and whack on some reeeally light gauge strings, sharpen off all the smooth edges of the body, spray it in a satin black over the body and neck, then find out a way to spray the machine heads and scratchplate red. =]
