
no firsthand experience, but the word in the gutter is that they take ages to correct anything and often say 'that's not covered on your warranty/in your country' just to get rid of people.

is that they have a separate dedicated support line. I've don't think I've ever waited longer than 10 minutes to get talk to someone, and they've almost always offered me software/system support even out of warranty.
Damn I sound like a commercial, but they've saved my ass with clients a couple of times recently and made me look good. That's worth a lot to me.
