# What's the justification?
I was under the impression that I was paying for bandwidth, not the right to download certain formats at the discretion of the ISP.

it's one of those uncomfortable situations where I've come up against the ultimate powerlessness of the consumer. I can call their customer service department and moan and reason and scream as much as I like, I know it's not going to change anything. And they're the only cable company that supply our area.
