I just scored some top tickets for Goldfrapp at the seaside, woohoo!
Anyone else going to be in Bexhill on Sea on 21st June?

# Oooh you bumface that sounds ace
are tickets selling like heated sponge or are people able to buy them for a bit still? I may mention this for a manwife, I haven't been to a 'popuylar music' gig in AAAAGES.

# they've been on sale since 9

# I just turned down the opportunity of going to see Yazoo (for first and last time, prolly) on account of ridiculous ticket prices.

# goldfrapp was remarkably reasonable at 25 quid I thought
24 plus a quid booking.
I remember going to gigs in london and being shocked when it was more than a tenner for a major artist!

# considering i'm seeing Chumbawamba and Nouvelle Vague in the next few weeks, and while they're not 'popular artists' the tickets are only £15
£45 is taking the piss, even if it is a 'once in a lifetime' opportunity.
