i just saved it and it has 29 frames the first 16 are exactly the same, loose 15 of those and alter the timing accordingly might help.

I can't change the timing so that 1 image gets more frames than another =/
I've only got squirlz morph to animate with :|
I have to repeat the frames (it as a tool I use: "hold start/end images") so that you can read the text.

Moved some bits around aswell
It was big because you were using lots of frames with a short delay instead of one frame with a long delay
I can't change the delay :/
