I imagine it'd be like State of Emergency on the PS2 (first one not the poor follow up)with streets full of monsters and mayhem that burst, squish and generally offensively die as you attack them with anything from a Chip Shop wooden fork to a giant pilotable robot.
Them game would be called, "Faster Pussycat Kill! Kill! Kill!" after the Russ Meyer classic but with an extra Kill! to show that it is in no way connected.
