Their is a nice vegan resturant on Berwick street up by the market, think it's called Beetroot.
Best way to loose weight is decent exercise (mix 2-3 weights sessions a week with alternate days of high impact interval training, no more than 40 mins per session) and a decent diet.
Eat high protien healthy foods and reduce the amount of processed carbs you eat. Having 5-6 small meals a day is better than the traditional 3 large meals as it means you're full constantly and it keeps your metabolism fired up and you don't get the post lunch slump in energy.
