not cash, mostly vegetables and the odd utensil.i also used to 'steal' the dough leftover at the end of the night. me and my housemates would load it into a big three-man slingshot we'd made and fire it around the neighbourhood.
edit: also beer. twits didn't put a gauge on the kegs when they installed the draught lines, so all the staff would drink for free.

some of it was good.the mushrooms were good, so were the onions, dried oregano, tomato puree, canned chick peas and kidney beans (for the salad bar) - i think there were a few other decent things too. the cheese was awful, though, and so was the bread.
we had a dick for a neighbour and we shot dough on his roof a few times. the crows would fly in from all over and sit on his roof and shriek when we did that, pecking at the dough and causing him to have fits. that was hilarious.
