It's an integral part of Windows. There's something in the registry (I think) to turn this 'feature' off though.

i didnt even think of it as being part of windows messenger. the pooter admins at my school turned it off becasue we would all use it for fun and stuff. hmmmm. now if only i could figure it out.....
